About the 'transform'
- This is an updated Phase I converter (version: 3325955). Only simple augmentation aggregates and non-aggregates are processed in Phase I.
- A file consisting solely of complex aggregates, diachronic works, etc., will generate empty results.
- MARC2RDA is a one-to-many process: transforming one MARC record may generate as many as 20 RDA entities and SKOS Concepts.
- This tool mints IRIs with base 'http://marc2rda.info/testing/' as it is intended for testing purposes (and does not need to dereference at this time).
- Is it done yet? Processing can take several minutes for larger files.
- When the transform completes, clicking "View processed file" will load the transformed rdfxml in a new browser window; the browser should support XML
- If records were skipped, a log (in plain text) of the skipped records is available by clicking "details".
- Update 2026-02-25: Fixed a bug with the log file being opened instead of the rdf file
